Before we arrive
“If you know your home is cluttered, please tidy up before our arrival. If the home hasn’t been professionally cleaned in the last 30 days or has significant buildup, we will include a flat-rate “Heavy Duty” chargeto your booking.”
Once we arrive
“Estimates are based on the information provided and may change if our assessment differs from what was initially stated. If the Initial Deep Clean takes longer than expected, additional charges may apply, and we will notify the customer. Additionally, if we arrive and find that the home has not been professionally cleaned in the past 30 days or has significant buildup, we will add the “Heavy Duty” charge on top of the “Deep Cleaning” service, with prior notice to the customer. We cannot clean homes that are excessively cluttered, and the full fee for the visit will still apply.”
EXCLUSIONS
Is there anything that we won’t clean? Because it requires specialized equipment, licensing, training, or all of the above we do not provide window cleaning, carpet cleaning, mold removal, biohazards including body fluids or animal waste, and the top tier of a bunk bed. We also do not clean anything that cannot be reached with our 2-step stool and a 6-foot extension duster. Undermount sinks will be cleaned but will not be guaranteed if they collapse. Dishes and laundry fall out of our scope of services
